About Us
Marone Building Company was founded in 2018 by Justin and Amanda Marone, in Dover, NH.
The family business grew from a handful of small home renovation projects completed by just two carpenters (Justin and his dad), to new home builds and full renovations, made possible by sourcing a reliable team of five additional carpenters and six framers.
Justin Marone
Justin has worked in construction since the year 2000. He began building sheds in high school, and went on to become a carpenter for high end residential homes in 2001. He became a Project Manager managing multi million dollar projects in 2011.
Between 2001 and 2011, Justin worked for three locally respected general contracting companies, building high end residential homes, until becoming project manager for one in 2011. He managed multi million dollar projects from 2011 until 2018, when he and his wife, Amanda, took the next step in their professional lives and established Marone Building Company.
Justin manages the full scope of each project from start to finish, working with his trusted team of experienced subcontractors and vendors.
Amanda Marone
Amanda has recently transitioned from a 13 year career in the financial office of institutional construction to dedicate herself full-time to the rapidly growing family business.
She will be a point person for clients when it comes to Project Cost Tracking and Invoicing. She will assist clients and their banks through the financial process of their projects.
